Service Advisor/Writer
Coyne Powersports has an exciting opportunity for an Service Advisor/Writer at our El Centro store! Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the Service Advsior/Writer is responsible for having deep knowledge and understanding of our products, as well as being able to communicate the features and functionality of our powersport services!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to greet customers in a warm, friendly manner.
- Knowledge of motorcycles, ATV's, UTV's and Side-by-Sides preferred.
- Have the ability and desire to sell the department’s services.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate with a diverse client base.
- Strong written, verbal, and telephone skills.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Computer literate.
- Knowledge of motorcycles, ATV's, UTV's and Side-by-Sides preferred.
- Able to answer incoming phone lines for service.
- Basic mechanical understanding.
- English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
- Familiarity of product lines sold in dealership.S
