I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2019 Polaris Ranger 1000 at Coyne, These whole staff made me feel like i had bought a lot of vehicles from them. I've been looking for a bike to replace my 1986 Honda Shadow because two mechanics where I live have told me they couldn't find parts for it anymore; and it just spent 3 months in the shop while they looked for used ones. In my search I found a bike I liked at Coyne & a whole list of bikes in Washington State where my brother lives. An awesome guy from Coyne named Woody called me in response to my online request. I called him back one night after I had gotten off work, and we ended up talking 20 minutes over when he was supposed to get off work! However it never felt like he was rushing me to hang up soon. He answered all of my questions very patiently. He said he'd do some research on the questions he didn't quite have all the information for and get back to me. He did. One day later. I called him back that night and bam. Everything started falling into place. Something about it felt right, even though I still had a list of about 20 bikes in my notebook. So late this past Friday afternoon, I rented a car & drove one way early Saturday morning to pick it up & ride it back home to San Jose for my first Summer adventure.

While down in Banning by myself in this semi intimidating, majorly new experience for me, after a 7 hour drive on only 4 hours of sleep, I was still cognizant enough to know that I had met some very special, unique and wonderful people! Which one might think is a little shocking because those people were at a dealership! However when it's true, it's true! From the sales person, to the warranty person, to the cashier taking my fat stack of cash, to the mechanics in the shop; EVERYONE was so down to earth, friendly, happy, and just decent people, that it was hard to believe that I was still in the state of California!

In a world where everything seems so backwards, and so messed up, it's heartening to know that I chose the right place to go where there are actual humans with hearts, and just plain decency. Before Saturday, we were technically strangers. And when I left the dealership, I felt sad because it felt like I was leaving what could have been great big family. They went above and beyond to be helpful during the process. This is how humans should treat one another; with graciousness and kindness, authentically. And they did this from the moment I arrived to the second I rode off on that bike. At some point, there really wasn't anything in it for them, because at one point, I'd already bought and paid for the bike! However that's not who this dealership is.

Even though I didn't really want to give my money away for what seemed sort of silly; a damn motorcycle, I knew that I wanted to give it to somebody who was trustworthy, and decent. And every single one of those people there are hard workers, fun-loving, generous & kind people! And if my money went to help them have a better and happier life then I chose the right place! And that's truly what the entire concept of money is about-- money is only really an exchange of skills & services. I worked and used my skills and services to get the money. And in exchange I gave it to people who also work hard, and used their skills & services to exchange a shiny, washed and running great motorcycle with me. They even shared their own motorcycle tips; a few of which I ended up using on the ride back!!! Now that's priceless! They didn't have to do that. They could have treated me as just a business transaction, but they did not. Because apparently, that's not how they do business. And that gives my whole experience more value!

These guys are awesome, particularly Chip and Josh. We have purchased 6 machines from them (4 Yamaha WaveRunners and 2 Polaris RZR's). They are very knowledgeable about their products (more so than most in the industry I have seen) and their new store is amazing--if you are in the area or passing through on the 8 freeway, it's right there, I would highly recommend a visit.

We had a rollover while in Mexico and did major damage on my RZR while the next day we were going to play in Glamis. We called them from Mexico and they had all the parts and said they would wait for us. we got in late afternoon and they worked on it until they closed and got us fixed up for glamis. Best service department ever!!! Thx again.
